It was only after motherhood – and sleepless nights – that I realized that families are usually prepared for birth and breastfeeding, but little, or nothing, we know about infant sleep and many other challenges we will face.
Soon after my daughter’s birth, I felt that I was not the person, or the mother, I wanted to be. Sleep deprivation ends up bringing uncertainty, less confidence and sometimes we fell that sleep training is the only choice we have. Let me show you differently, because I used all of these challenges as fuel to be a better person, a better mother and have a job that could make a difference.
I took my first sleep course in 2016, founded Happy Naps, and I have been working as a Sleep Coach for the past 3 years providing sleep education and attachment based services for over 300 families. As a certified Sleep and Well-being Specialist I have the training and ability to provide solutions that considers not only scientific, but also the emotional elements of sleep.
Sleeping through the night is a consequence of your baby being physically and emotionally ready for it and I believe I have the knowledge to help and support your family during this process!
