Our Purpose for Creating Empowering Her in the First Year of Motherhood

The Goal of Empowering Her Through the First Year of Motherhood:

The goal of the Isla-Grace program is to build a supportive community of like-minded parents who value attachment and nurturing relationships with their children above seeking quick-fix solutions or promoting separation. The program is committed to providing science and fact-based information to parents, ensuring that they are well-informed in their parenting journey. By sending multiple emails each week, the program aims to offer encouragement and support to parents, helping them make informed decisions for their children.

One of the main objectives is to be a comprehensive and reliable source of parenting information, helping parents filter out the noise and distractions from various sources. By consolidating information in one place, the program enables parents to focus on their journey without feeling overwhelmed by conflicting advice.

The ultimate vision of the program is to empower and inspire mothers during their first year of motherhood. The transition to motherhood can be both exciting and challenging, and the program aims to provide the guidance and support needed to navigate this important phase confidently. Through their expertise and nurturing approach, Lauren and her team at Isla-Grace strive to help mothers build strong bonds with their children, make well-informed decisions, and enjoy the precious moments of their child’s early development.

By promoting attachment and relationship-focused parenting and providing a reliable source of information, the program aims to create a positive and enriching experience for both mothers and their children during the crucial first year of motherhood.

Understanding baby's needs is sometimes hard. Especially for a First time mom...

First I will start with my expectations. I enrolled in this course on the evening, after a week of very low levels of sleeping. We were so tired, but baby somehow just didn't want to fall asleep before 10:30pm. So, what I got from this emails, videos and chats is the knowledge, I wish I had before. In these few weeks we made a few changes and we already sleep a bit better.

Relevant "bitesize" information for a nervous first time mun

The best thing about this course is that it doesn't feel like one! Every day I have relevant information about my baby's sleep without feeling overwhelmed. The info I get is adjusted to my babies age which makes it even more interesting and relatable! It's a great course to have under my belt so I can make well informed decisions and not cave in to peer/social pressure.

Wealth of knowledge

1.) Timely and very informative email series; essentially anticipates my next question or sleep inquiry! 2.) To convert the emails to audio clips may be an even easier way to take in the information:) 3.) Webinars are a wonderful and direct way to communicate with Lauren to help problem solve your own babies challenges and or transitions/stages

Intuitive method that works

I have a 5-month-old daughter, and I was eager to sign up for this program given the massive amount of information available. I enjoyed this program given its maternal approach. It led with the baby in mind and encouraged me to ask how the baby feels. As a result, I am following my instincts, and my baby is sleeping!

So helpful!

This course is so helpful! I struggled so long with my sons sleep. All around us we were bombarded with traditional sleep training methods that just didn’t suit us. Lauren’s information was our saving grace and helped me normalize infant sleep. The emails are perfect tidbits that seem to come just at the right time especially when I’m questioning myself or having doubts about something.

This course is amazing! It’s timed out so that the information you receive is tailored and applicable to your situation based on your baby’s age. The calls allow you to exchange experiences with other parents. Even though I am a second time mom, this course has still been extremely valuable.

Spot-on timing!

This course has been unbelievably timely - the way Lauren structures the information she sends out has always been so helpful! I feel empowered and equipped with information I always end up needing not long after I've recieved it. Several times a question was on my mind and I opened my email inbox to find that day's email headline addressing the very topic I was thinking about! Move over, Google!

Great for parents of multiples too!

I discovered Lauren with my first son who was a “terrible” sleeper. We struggled and her content eased my anxieties and reminded me to trust my instincts. Now with my second, the information she’s providing is supporting me in a sleep-training-free journey without the stress and pressures. She’s a wealth of knowledge & delivers it right at your fingertips.

Grateful to hear others’ experiences

Early days in the course it has been helpful to hear about other parents’ experiences via the video calls - helps me know I’m not the only one struggling to find a balance with my baby’s sleep. Lauren is very friendly and approachable on the calls. I’ve found the emails informative.
